It feels so good to be home. Oh, I am truly grateful for the opportunities to share yoga and meditation in so many different places and with so many people. And, in a way, being in a yoga studio is like being home for me. There is comfort in community, in shared aspirations, in common explorations of goodness and potential and contentment and curiosity.
But it feels really good to be back in my yoga home, Yoga Goodness Studio. We are becoming more of a family every day and its been wonderful to see so many of you in class this week.
My front desk team of Aimee Hasinger, Kristen Nolen and Maureen Brookes have done a stellar job of caring for the studio in my absence – a deep bow to you beautiful yoginis.
And after a fun work dinner at The Corner, we’ve come up with lots of new offerings, special deals and other goodies to share with you.
We continue to offer classes for all level of yoga student, including absolute beginners all the way up to advanced yogis. In 2016 you can look forward to Meditation 101, NIA dance classes, more Yin, more Restorative, and, as always, we are open to requests and suggestions for programming.
My front desk team and all of the teachers at Yoga Goodness Studio join me in expressing our appreciation to all of you who have become our yoga family. I am grateful to know you all and be able to offer this space and these practices to our community.
After nearly 3 months of traveling, it really feels so good to be back home – with my wonderful husband, Brad. Yes! We went to NYC and got married at City Hall last week. And that gave us even another thing to be so very grateful for.
Hope to see you on the mat soon!
Peace and love,
