This was not my favorite ever trikonasana. If, just if, I was going to be critical or maybe just offer a helpful alignment suggestion to myself, I would say that my top ribs are little too curved and my right leg is hyper-extending as it so loves to do. But then I might remember that I don’t really need to put my bottom hand on a block or a kettle bell and so that is why those ribs are up. Maybe. But I don’t want to be critical. And I just thought that SuperGirl kettlebell was adorbs. Thanks to Iron and Grace for letting me do my selfie #2 there.
