3 online meditation retreats
designed to help develop your personal practice

The Saddha Meditation Series offers you the opportunity to develop your meditation practice by:

  • committing to a series of three retreats

  • growing your capacity to meditate by participating in  progressively longer sessions.

Each retreat will include a dharma talk, sitting mindfulness meditation practice, stretching, breathwork, Q & A.

*****

Saddha refers to the confidence that one has in the process of meditation. This is not so easy to feel but it grows over time, or as my guru always said, “Drip, drip, drip, the bucket fills.”

As you regularly engage in practice, you come to realize that it’s about a process, not a product.  This allows you to relax without expecting a certain result.

As long as you show up, it is impossible to do it wrong.  This is how you learn to open to yourself, to have compassion for yourself, and to be curious and kind to your own mind.

Sitting down and practicing mindfulness meditation will become a natural thing that you do in your life.  You will start to see that you don’t have to be better or special or in any way different in order to experience the results of the practice.

The mindfulness practice of bare attention develops your ability to focus and to see things as they are.  It helps you become more steady and stable so that you can handle whatever life offers you.

An ongoing practice of meditation ultimately helps you gain confidence in yourself.

No preparation needed.  Just show up as you are.

All you need is a willingness to be open to your own mind.

Also, you need a cushion or chair.
