The Dharma of Engaged Yoga is a vibrant approach to practice that flows from the understanding that all beings everywhere are interdependent. What we say and what we do has consequences; acknowledging this is the foundation of Engaged Yoga.
Cyndi will introduce the Three Tenets of Engaged Yoga and we will explore them through meditation, pranayama and contemplative journaling. A Sustainable yoga practice of purposeful movement: simple stretching, medium-paced vinyasa, precise alignment and paying attention will help us to further embody this work.
