About the Class
Yoga is always about being integrated - with ourself, with each other, with the world. Yet we forget this all the time. Sati is a practice of remembering: our motivation, our basic goodness, and our inter-being-ness.
The practice of Sustainable Yoga: medium-paced vinyasa, precise alignment and mindfulness of feelings gives us tools for embodying Sati. We remember that if we move in ways that nourish, strengthen and create physical resiliency, our yoga practice become self-renewing. As we move breath by breath, step by step, we will develop sustainable presence, stability, nimbleness, and integration with all that is.
