OM Yoga Today Launch Celebration
Jul 16, 2020 06:00 PM ET
Cyndi Lee and Hunt Parr invite you to join them in a meditation and asana practice to celebrate the launch of Om Yoga Today, their new YouTube show. Cyndi will offer a dharma talk about the necessary relationship between our inner and outer work and then will lead a short sitting meditation practice. Hunt’s friendly and creative asana sequencing will offer a way to embody these notions as well as refresh our minds and hearts. Cyndi and Hunt invite everyone to join in a chat about the topic of the first Om Yoga Today episode for a few minutes at the end of the practice.
