The Six Steps to Becoming a Bodhisattva - the activist seeking freedom and happiness for all.

When times get tough, when the world is confusing, these six practices will give you direction, clarity and motivation for becoming a Bodhisattva in the world.

The Six Paramitas are the Buddhist map for anyone who wants to bring their dharma studies alive.

We will explore these practices of generosity, patience, discipline, whole-hearted enthusiasm, meditation and prajna/wisdom as a way to cultivate our own sanity, kindness and groundedness. This is a preparation for extending that wakeful goodness throughout all of our relationships.

Each session will include a dharma lesson, meditation practice, break out group discussions and Q & A. Sometimes there might be some contemplative writing exercises, light stretching and breathing practice.

Practical Stuff :

We'll send the recording out to everyone booked on 1-3 days after each session. The recordings will remain available for two months after the course finishes.
