20 Minutes a Day
Let’s Spend the Year Together!
Whenever people ask me how often they should practice at home, my answer is always the same. Practice enough so that you don’t lose the lifeline to your meditation practice.
Regularly attending retreats is a very effective way to keep that bond alive. More than anything—when, where or how often you meditate—what makes the most impact is consistency.
That’s what A Year of Mindful Retreating is about.
Consistently practicing meditation with a group 6 times a year, even for only 20 minutes a day, creates a sense of long lasting steadfastness and confidence in your meditation practice which will support you all the days of the year.
Pricing:
Entire year: $270 $179
Per retreat: $45

“I have taken meditation retreats on-line with Cyndi Lee for the past few years, and she is simply the BEST! Her vast knowledge & years of experience, combined with her love & compassion not only for what she teaches, but for ALL people in general, provide the perfect combination of guidance & wisdom to immerse oneself in.”
“One of Cyndi Lee‘s great gifts is the clarity of her meditation teaching. Practicing with her in a year’s worth of online mini-retreats is a gift to yourself. Her clear teaching comes alive through regular practice and provides the means of taking your mindfulness off the cushion and into your life.”
“A Year of Mindfulness Retreating has become one of the best things I do in my life. I have attended every one of them! No fanfare, no loud noise, no big deal. Just the space to breathe and focus on the precious breath, and to return to it again and again. Sounds boring, but doing this simple yet complex act changes how I relate to the world around me for the better.”
“The consistency of meeting together every other month helps boost the mindfulness meditation practice for all the other days during the year. Also, it’s fun to sit with others. Is it worth the small amount of time invested? One hundred percent! I will be there and hope you are, too.”
