Sati, Gom, Cho, Saddha & Sustainable Yoga - London, UK

Sati, Gom, Cho, Saddha & Sustainable Yoga

HOME Wellness
London, UK

Thursday, May 8
3:00pm - 5:00pm

Yoga is always about being integrated – with yourself, with each other, with the world. Yet we forget this all the time. Sati is a practice of remembering: your motivation, your basic goodness, and your inter-being-ness. The next steps of Getting Familiar, Adjustment and Confidence help grow this into an integrated, personal practice.

The practice of Sustainable Yoga: medium-paced vinyasa, precise alignment and mindfulness of feelings, gives us tools for embodying this four-part process. As you remember and get familiar with moving in ways that nourish, strengthen and create physical resiliency, your yoga practice becomes self-renewing. Breath by breath, you will develop sustainable presence, stability, nimbleness and confidence.

This class is open to all yogis who are interested in an integrated asana practice of curiosity, attention, intention and fun.

Fee: £50
