Come rest with us! ✨ I’m excited to join Mindful of Rest, A Series of Daily Pauses for Yoga, Meditation, & Relaxation, which starts November 27-December 3.

This virtual program is hosted by Jillian Pransky and features Ashley Turner, Cheri Clampett, Cyndi Lee, Dr. Gail Parker, Hala Khouri, Indu Arora, Lisa Weinert, Rhonda V. Magee, Sarah Powers, Seane Corn, and Shelly Tygielski.

Together, we will share restful practices as a path of restoration, connection, love, and healing. We’ll replenish the resources needed in order to show up in the world as a source of healing for ourselves and our communities — especially during the holiday season.

I can’t wait to share my offering, Tend and Befriend. Tend and Befriend is a receptive practice of meditation, restorative yoga, pranayama and contemplative journaling to reset our nervous system. By Tending and Befriending ourselves with quiet purpose, we begin to get familiar with how to best care for ourselves, even with just one breath.
